Local news, sport and information is a priority - from reports of Newry and Mourne council - to coverage of Newry City football club - to local traffic reports - to extensive multi sports coverage.

There is also a focus south of the border.

Popular music that everyone loves is the mainstay of the station, along with specialist programmes like The Country Collection and Hed Kandi & Ministry of Sound.



Five FM's first published RAJAR figures were be published in July 2008.
