 Robert Walshe
 Robert Walshe’s broadcasting career spans 18 years on the island of Ireland.
He is Group Chief Executive/Programme Director of the Northern Media Group, operators of Northern Ireland’s six provincial radio stations, Five, Six, Seven FM, Q102, Q101, and Q97.
Over a two year period he launched Ballymena based Seven FM, re-launched Mid Ulster Station Mid FM to Six FM and completely over hauled the Q Radio Network, following the groups purchase by NMG in 2006.
In 2005 he was Launch Director of Ocean FM, in the Republic of Ireland, which was hailed as the countries most successful local radio launch ever. The station within months of going on air became the Republic’s second most listened to service of its kind.
In 2004 as General Manager/Programme Director of Dublin’s Country/Mix 106, he brought the station through a turbulent financial and broadcasting past to viability.
A successful broadcaster, he has worked with UTV owned 96/103FM and Dublin based Lite FM/Q102. He has also worked on local television and still contributes on a freelance basis to Irish Travel Media publications.
He remains a consultant to Ocean FM, the Northwest based radio station for Sligo,Leitrim and South Donegal.
Lord Kilclooney
 Lord Kilclooney was educated at the Royal School, Armagh. He continued his studies at Queen's University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree.
Lord Kilclooney is currently the Company Director and Chairman of the Alpha Newspaper Group, which owns the East Antrim Gazette, Ulster Gazette and Dungannon News, in total some 25 seperate publications.

 One of Ireland's most long standing Media owners, Dominic Fitzpatrick takes a hands on approach to the operation of Northern Media.
Tim Collins
 An expert in local radio start-up operations.
Tim Collins is CEO of Sligo-based Ocean Fm and he led the bids for licences at Ocean Fm, Seven Fm and Five FM before bringing these stations to air.
Padraig O'Dwyer
 Founder of Highland Radio, co-founded K FM,
Ocean Fm and established Rivermedia with Tim Collins which led to the establishment of Seven Fm, in recent years they have established the Letterkenny Post, Donegal Post, Kildare Post and recently purchased the Derry News.
This depth of experience has now developed a group of stations that offer unprecedented levels of access for advertisers.
